Why Should and How Can Beauty Brands and Retailers Accelerate e-Commerce in Asia?

The on-going COVID-19 pandemic underscores the significance of the online channel, especially the beauty industry. According to data, e-commerce share of annual beauty and personal care revenue in Asia is estimated to increase from 28% in 2021 to 33% in 2025. Brands such as LVMH, Shiseido have increased digital offerings through strengthening presence on online marketplaces, and similarly, e-commerce platforms such as JD.com, Shopee and Pinduoduo are expanding the beauty products in their portfolio. In this webinar, Terence Ng, Senior Analyst from Coresight Research, will share the latest trends of beauty and e-commerce. Not only limited to the latest strategic directions announced by major beauty players, marketplace-brand collaborations, but he will also uncover the digital initiatives (such as influencers, data collaborations and livestreaming etc). This webinar targets brands and retailers who would like to establish an e-commerce presence, based on the upcoming challenges and opportunities.
