Sun Salutation is a series of yoga asanas performed in a flowing sequence. You may be familiar with this sequence as part of your yoga warm up in class. Begin with slow movements, move with your breath, and let your breath guide you. This 20-minute practice is a great way to empower yourself with physical and mental strength, gain control over your body, calm your mind, balance your energies, and bring peace to your consciousness.
